Therapeutic Creativity Workshops: Join us for an introduction to ways of using art and creativity to reflect, connect and thrive. These workshops focus on the importance of creating a space for ourselves and finding what gives us strength in difficult times.

No previous experience necessary and a pack of basic materials will be provided in advance
