Rowlagh Women’s Group

Rowlagh Women’s Group is a community based network of local women. We aim to foster social inclusion and empower women in the local community.

Rowlagh Women’s Group is overseen and managed by volunteer local women, and assisted by the NCCWN by the allocation of staff to carry out the work.

Rowlagh Women’s Group aims to:

  • Provide a social and educational outlet for women in the area

  • Give women an opportunity to decide for themselves what it is they want

Objectives of Rowlagh Women’s Group:

  • We want women to know they are wanted and important
  • We are open and friendly with everybody, we respect diversity and we are open to differing opinions
  • We want to help women improve the quality of their lives, and their families
